The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
This is a special one. The director of Se7en and Fight Club and the writer of Forest Gump makes for a great film. Like Gump the story of Benjamin Button is told very well and the cgi and/or makeup to show Brad Pitt's age is incredible. Roxy thought is dragged sliiiggghtly but i thought the sound track helped the movie flow very well. Prepare to cry. 5/5
Slumdog Millionaire
Perfectly told story in this film. Here's the trailer, I tried to explain the plot a few times in drafts but it got too wordy. Great editing and the love story element is woven into the story so well that it doesn't become cheesy. 5/5
Twilight
Fans of the book will be pissed off and non-fans of the book will be annoyed. The story seems rushed and the certain dialogue very dumb. What saves the film is Robert Pattinson hence the photo of him and not a screenshot from the movie. If you're lucky his fierce good-looks will distract you from a weak film. Correction, his fierce good-looks will definitely distract you from this weak film. Could he be the next Jude Law? Does it matter? Fuck he's amazing. My friend Brett likes the colour grading of the film and I agree with him which is a positive of the film. But c'mon, Robert Pattinson. 2.5/5
Australia
As far as epic dramas go this is nothing new but I still loved it. 4/5
Lately....
I got a new bmx and I've been riding for about a month. I got it because i needed a hobby as Uni had finished. I busted the front tyre tube today but I learned how to fix it. I need someone to ride with, it sucks going to the skatepark by yourself hahaha.
